AVR country manager for the UK

Andrew Starbuck has joined Belgian potato equipment manufacturer AVR as country manager for the UK market.Following a variety of roles at Grimme for around a decade, Andrew spent five years with Fendt as part of the UK sales team. With extensive knowledge of both the UK potato sector and the broader agricultural industry, Andrew’s new role is to further strengthen AVR’s presence in the UK and Ireland, both in terms of the dealer network and service and spare parts. The latter will be addressed collaboratively by Andrew and Shane Johnson, who is responsible for aftersales in the UK. Together, they will work closely with dealers to improve stocking strategies and availability of key parts. Andrew will be home-based, residing in Nottinghamshire.
