The product is accepted and transported to the bunker via the automated filling belt. This moves along in height to guarantee a minimum drop height and has buffer capacity. This allows the supply line to continue running, even when the bunker is full and then emptied into the box. Not a second interruption of the filling process, and the peace and quiet on the work floor is still maintained by the limited number of forklift movements.

VHM-Machinery
De MonoFilrPro is een standalone kistenvuller met een gemiddelde capaciteit van 50 kisten per uur met één heftruck. Deze compacte kistenvuller, vult product vriendelijk de kisten netjes op gewicht af. Dit zonder onderbreking van de aanvoerlijn en met minder heftruckhandelingen; meer rust dus!
Het product wordt aangenomen en doorgevoerd naar de bunker via de geautomatiseerde vulband. Deze beweegt mee in hoogte om zo ook een minimale valhoogte te blijven garanderen, én heeft buffercapaciteit. Zo kan de aanvoerlijn blijven draaien, ook op het moment dat de bunker vol is en vervolgens geleegd wordt in de kist. Geen seconde onderbreking van het vulproces dus, en de rust op de werkvloer blijft nog altijd bewaard door het beperkte aantal heftruckbewegingen.
